The VueQuest "Flex Support" platform has been developed in response to the demand for a consumer driven support program that allows each individual customer to choose the level of service and support they require at any given time. The concept is to keep it simple and continue to scale or throttle back support based on internal resources and budget requirements.
We are available to provide a complete Professional Services practice for each respective project that includes the initial site survey & analysis, design, complete Solutions development, Installation and ongoing Support.
Each project begins with an onsite visit or virtual site visit and survey to determine your specific requirements. VueQuest will conduct the onsite visit or a virtual tour depending on the type and nature of the potential project.
Depending on the project detail that is required, this process can be (and usually is) very simple and easy to complete. VueQuest has a methodology that we have developed to confirm specific requirements and project timelines.
VueQuest Design elements are straight forward and easy to understand so you can determine the best fit for your organization. We always incorporate an understanding of your organizational requirements and provide you with a design that will meet your immediate requirements while allowing you to scale in the future.
Our "walk then run" approach to design takes into consideration all of the key components of your technology architecture including the wired and wireless network environment along with existing Mobile, OS, server and storage platforms.

Install/Support
Our goal is to provide as much or as little Support as your organization requires to meet specific quality and budget requirements. The installation process combines a series of "check off" items that we maintain in delivering a complete project implementation.
If your organization has the ability to install and support a project internally, we will work with you to be sure you receive a project hand off that includes a smooth transition from the delivery of the VueQuest solution to your group.
